Return Policy

Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return any unopened items you purchased directly from for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping charges. We cannot accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. Items bought from your dealer or a distributor must be returned to that dealer or distributor unless it is a warranty claim. (see below)

For warranty exchange due to manufacturer defect: SledStart will examine on a case-by-case basis for warranty claims due to manufacturer defects. All SledStart products sold by or any authorized dealer or distributor have a 1 year warranty to the original purchaser. Should any item fail due to a manufacturer's defect within the warranty period, you must first show valid proof of purchase from or the authorized dealer or distributor the item was purchased from by E-mail or faxing the receipt. Once valid proof of purchase has been determined by you will be issued an RMA number to ship the defective merchandise to SledStart for inspection. After inspection, the part will either be repaired or replaced at our discretion. The exact replacement part will be shipped at no cost if the examination shows the defect was due to manufacturer's defect.

Note: For all warranty returns, the item must not show signs of installation error, tampering of warranty seals, cut or spliced wires or any modifications to the product.

To obtain an RMA: Call SledStart direct at 630-792-8910 or E-mail us at, Be sure to have your valid proof of purchase or SledStart receipt number from the original purchase when you call. A representative will issue the RMA number for your merchandise to be returned. The merchandise must be shipped back postage paid. COD shipments will be returned to sender. If the product is not being shipped in its original package/box then it must be packed so it will not be damaged in shipping. SledStart will not be responsible for damaged product due to shipping. Please write the issued RMA number on the outside of the box. Please include inside the package the RMA number, the reason the merchandise is being returned, shipper's name, return address, E-mail, day and evening contact phone numbers.
